Jon Mills is a UK entrepreneur and business owner. After 25 years in church and youth ministry, including 15 years leading Coventry Youth for Christ, he felt it was time to build something new. He started his own very successful business, developing particular experience in online marketing, sales, automation and building systems that allow a small business to grow sustainably. Jon is passionate about helping entrepreneurs build profitable, people-first businesses that create opportunity, while also building a life that matters beyond the business. He is just completing writing his first book, on “Hope that is OK”.

Serial entrepreneur and impact investor

Jerry Marshall is a serial entrepreneur and ‘impact’ investor with business interests in Africa, Europe and the Middle East. He is founder Chairman of Transformational Enterprise Network (tencommunity.net), a Christian community of entrepreneurs using their business skills and resources to fight poverty. He is an international speaker and an author, including the Mind Your Own Business workbooks used in Burundi. As well as marketing qualifications, he has master’s degrees in economics from Cambridge and in theology from CMS in Oxford.

Irvine Floréale Murame is the Managing Director of Infinity Group, one of Burundi's leading human resources firms. For over 10 years, she has helped organizations attract, develop, and retain the talent they need to grow. A Certified Human Resources Manager, she serves as an independent Board Member of Banque de l'Habitat du Burundi and BLL Microfinance. Her conviction: when youth and women reach their full potential, the whole economy moves forward.
